It is an initiative in the campus to promote biodiversity and to manage waste in the campus systematically.Inorder to promote greenery in the campus as a part of our best practice proposals were submitted to initiate various projects in the campus and since the government has allowed enough fund, campus is beautified with a butterfly garden,fruit garden, herbal garden and a rain harvesting sytem is introduced to strengthen the water storage of the campus. Green campus clean campus also focuses on managing the wastes effectively and systematically. The campus cleaning initiatives are organized ,wastes were separated as degradable and non degradable ,The municipality collects the non bio wastes.The bio-degradable wastes are used for making biogas in the bio gas plant.
