The College has constituted a Cell to ensure the welfare and security of the female students under the leadership of a senior lady Professor. Women Cell works under the guidelines of the Kerala State Women Development Corporation (KSWDC). It has a training, cultural and community intervention wing under which programmes are organized. It has installed a complaint box in the Ladies room of the college to deal with any grave complaints that students have. Depending on the gravity, these, if any, are forwarded with the permission of the principal to committees like CASH or ICC. Akhila GM, of the Department of English, is the convener of the cell.
